Holiday cheer is everywhere in Glenwood Springs, Colorado! From the mountain tops to the riverbanks and places in between, Glenwood Springs is shining bright with holiday light displays designed to put a smile on the face of every child, no matter their age!
Go by car, by foot or by tram, but go see Glenwood Springs's holiday light displays!
- Hotel Colorado. The landmark hotel has been dazzling onlookers for decades with one of the most magnificent lighting displays on the Western Slope. Its signature towers are both illuminated, one flooded with red light, the other with green. In the courtyard, guests can cozy up to braziers under a canopy of lighted trees.
- Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. For a magical adventure like no other, take a tram ride to Winter on the Mountain at Glenwood Caverns. The Park goes all out with over 35 miles of glittering lights, a musical Christmas tree, and lighted thrill rides. Fire pits and steaming cups of hot cocoa keep the chills away.
- Glenwood Hot Springs. Like icing on a gingerbread house, Glenwood Hot Springs’ historic bathhouse and other buildings are trimmed with festive lights that outline the structures’ architecture. The glow adds yet another layer of warmth to the hot springs and spa destination.
- Downtown Glenwood Springs. Trees illuminated with countless lights flank both sides of Grand Avenue like a cheery landing strip for Santa and his reindeer. Block after block of pretty twinkle lights also adds to the merry atmosphere for the après ski crowd and nighttime restaurant goers. New this year to the downtown light display is the gorgeous canopied pedestrian bridge connecting north and south Glenwood Springs.
