1 The Glenwood Vaudeville Revue, Glenwood’s go-to venue for comedy, music and theater, kicks of the month with Americana bluegrass band Growling Old Men. Tickets are $20. Band members Ben Winship and John Lowell entertain with acoustic music on mandolin, guitar, octave mandolin and vocals.
4-6 Attend an evening of “Revolutionary” food and entertainment at the Riviera Supper Club & Wine Bar. Make reservations well in advance for this sure-to-sell-out event that includes a seven-course dinner and seven scenes from Les Miserables—winner of eight Tony Awards, including Best Musical.

1 Sunlight’s Defiance Challenge is a 10-hour race that tests the endurance of individuals and teams competing for the most vertical feet hiked up the mountain and skied down.
2 Brad’s Day at Sunlight Mountain Resort is celebrated every year and dedicated to Brad Lanpher for melanoma awareness. Sponsored by Bank of Colorado Glenwood Springs and the Melanoma Research Foundation, participants enjoy free lift tickets with a donation to the foundation.
Spring Break Family-friendly and affordable, with both hot springs and great skiing, Glenwood Springs is an easy choice for a Colorado spring break vacation. Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park will also re-open for spring break visitors this month. The mountain-top theme park was temporarily closed for the installation of a new, high-capacity gondola. Be sure to make plans to check it out while you’re in town.
